How it works for Attendees
Attending a Web Conference is simple:
View the short 2 minute tutorial
Prior to the conference:
- Select the Web Conference you wish to attend
- Create an account
- Purchase your Web Conference pass using your credit card
- Receive your participant code (username and password) via email
On the conference day:
- Login to your account
- Use your participant code
- Choose the presentation you’d like to attend
- At the scheduled presentation time, view the interactive presentation live online OR call the teleconference line to listen in
- Ask the presenter questions using the Q&A box
- Use the chat room to interact and meet others attending the Web Conference
- If you miss a live presentation, it’s not a problem. Login anytime to listen to the recorded replay
- You can leave the presentation anytime
