1. Conference Series Sponsorship.

This is the highest level of sponsorship and links your company to all the Green Energy Events. The Events will prominent display your products services and you will be recognized on many different levels. It is a complete package that reinforces your name within the Industry and creates many opportunities to connect with your audience, current customers and prospects. It includes a Live presentation at all 4 themes and many more great benefits. Your presentations will be marked as a 'Sponsored Feature' in all schedules.

2. Conference Theme Sponsor

When you are focussed on only one element of the Alternative Energy Industry, for example Wind, this is your best opportunity. Your brand will be highly visably throughout the entire conference and after as well. You will get access to all attendees through online advertsing, pr, email campaigns, recognition during the conference through a special speaker/promo slot, banner placement on both the website and the conference, mention prior to the speeches, logo on the opening slide of each presentation. The presentation will be clearly marked as a 'Sponsored Feature' in all schedules.

3. Live Presentation Sponsor

Sponsor a speaker at the conference or use this 45 minute slot to promote your own organization. Your logo will appear in the conference schedule and on the opening slide of the presentation. Your company information will be prominently displayed on the presentation page for that day with hyperlinks to the webpage of your choice.

In addition, you will be recognized as a sponsor at the beginning and end of each presentation by the moderator or we can work with you to produce a short “audio commercial” that we will play at the beginning and end of the broadcast. The presentation will be recordd and can be viewed for many months following the Webconfernce. The package includes many other promotionnal items a well. Your presentation will be marked in the schedule as a 'Sponsored Feature'.

4. Recorded Presentation sponsor

This is pretty much the same as the Live Presentaion Sponsor (3) the only difference is that this session will be pre-recorded. Your presentation will be marked in the schedule as a 'Sponsored Feature'.

5. Banner Advertisement and Virtual tradeshow

Promote your company by placing a banner, on the conference pages and in the user section. You will reach people that are interested and attending the conference. We offer you the possibility to use multiple sizes (banner, skyscraper, small box).

There will be a limited number of advertisers accepted for a spot in our "virtual trade show" area. You'll get to post an image, such as your company logo, a 200-word description of your products or services and have a link to your website. We can also embed a promotional video of your company if you wish.

6. Customized Opportunities

In addition to these Sponsorship Opportunities there is the possibility for customization. We welcome all Creative ideas and would be pleased to help you find a suitable opportunity for your company.
